Excellent fabric and construction
I really appreciated the time and attention they took to adjust and verify the measurements. They warned me that the dimensions I asked for would be baggy. They were correct. The cover is baggy, my fault, but it is still very high quality and will work well.

Width (length) and depth (width) measurements incorrect
I received my hand made cover for my zero turn mower a week or so ago having had to wait an extra 3 weeks beyond the originally quoted 5 week lead time. I didn't receive an update/amendment email to notify me of this delay and in fact I did receive a 3rd confirmation email 6 days before the original delivery date confirming that it would be delivered on the original due date. It was only once that day came and went that I called them up to enquire about it's whereabouts and discovered it would be at least another two weeks and that they had sent emails... None of those emails had been received yet multiple promotional emails had - very strange! I smell BS. Anyway, I waited patiently for another couple of weeks and then finally received the long awaited item only for them to get (what they strangely call) WIDTH measurement and the DEPTH measurements thew wrong way round. So now I have a very wide unfitted cover that straddles my machine but isn't quite long enough (what they confusingly call the Width) to cover the machine. I have called and complained and received an email confirming my complaint and that someone will get back to me within 24hrs. That was 4 days ago... I have complained again so let's see what happens. Right now I hugely regret this purchase and wish I had passed this company by and gone elsewhere. Fancy website but utterly useless and terrible customer service. Be warned!

Zero Turn Mower Cover
Other than the material which it is made from, I'm not to satisfied with the cover overall. Once I finally received it and unwrapped the package, I could not determine what was the front or the back. It is so big and bulky, that it's almost too much for one person to manage. I tried it a couple of different ways and finally left it on the mower and you can tell that it was much larger than the dimensions I provided. I may just go back to using a tarp.

I sent the exact measurements
I sent the exact measurements and pictures. The cover is way to big. I measured the cover. Over 6 inches were added to my measurements. Not even close to fitting correctly. Not happy at all with it. Not even close. A generic cover from tractor supply fits way better and it's a $30 cover. Not the $300 I spent on crap.

Horrible service, could never understand the customer service rep, cover was WAY OVER SIZED, straps don't work, paid extra for faster shipping, came late, was supposedly coming from Atlanta, came from INDIA! WOULD NEVER USE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND!

Perfect fit, not too tight so I can get it on. It came in unbelievably fast, Some reviewer said it was a very slow process to get the order made and shipped. I got this huge cover within a week! Doesn't sound slow to me.

Zero Turn Mower Cover
While the cover fits over the mower, it is shaped to fit a box rather than a zero turn mower. Material seems to be good, drawing asked for four dimensions but cover only used three(thus the box shape). Will have to modify to make fit properly.
