Welcome to coversandall.com.au - Mobile one stop shop for all types of covers and products around it! Our story started with trying to find a cover for our outdoor furniture that would look and fit well. Surprisingly most available options are of pretty much same color (brown and beige ) and similar if not the same material with one size fits all concept. There were no options to get custom sizes with personalization. That's when we got excited and decided to further study the market and after 14 months of extensive research and product development, Covers and All was founded where we decided to make covers in custom sizes that can be personalized.

Zips and fixings are not part of your warranty!

This was never made clear to us, so when our zipper broke 1.5years later (after minimal use, we reached out to be told no warranty. They did however offer to replace entire cover for a good price. A lot of back and forth on emails but we got there in the end. Thank you

Terrible process - Final product is 'ok'

Took months of back and forth on measurements and lack of understanding/english of the changes needed. Cancelled my order without my approval and had to start all over. Quoted that I didn't respond fast enough. The order should be on my time, not theirs as sometimes you can't reply back the next day. The constant chasers aren't necessary when you don't reply the next day! Also they state my phone nunber was wrong which was why they cancelled. Tmwas not right as we had spoken on phone q twice. Not turely Custom at all as had to make compromises due to their system. Final product fits oven but is a much thinner and cheaper material than expected given price. I cant see it lasting very long.

Excellent product. Great Service.

My initial measurements to order it weren't that accurate. When they sent back drawings for me to confirm, it gave me the opportunity to correct it and send them BBQ specs so they could check. We went back and forth a couple of times. They picked up stuff (from the photos I sent) like where the gas hole needed to be in the back to make sure it was accurate. They were very thorough. The process was easy and the end result is great. Ver happy and would highly recommend.

Several years ago ordered outdoor covers for an outside...

Several years ago ordered outdoor covers for an outside table, exercise bike & fire pit which were fully exposed to the elements. They held up really well & were like new & so did the items they protected. We still have the table & cover. Best table cover we ever had. We've just moved somewhere where the table is fully undercover for the first time. Despite what it's been through it doesn't need sanding back. Meanwhile just ordered cushions & hope they hold up well. All the covers - before & today - were very easy to order & were very accurate measurements. Can't comment on how good the cushions will be
