Sample defeat the purpose

It's like a wolf in sheep's clothing, luring you in with the promise of a service akin to Amazon, only to reveal a starkly contrasting reality. The company, operating from a Third World country, has a far cry from the English proficiency level you'd expect from a global platform. The result? Communication barriers thicker than the Great Wall. You've got an issue with your order or payment? Well, settle in for a long wait. It will take a staggering 48 hours for them to grace you with a response, which invariably tends to answer a question you didn't even pose. I realized this harsh truth about 15 seconds post placing an order for some swatches. My repeated attempts to communicate were met with a stone wall of silence.
